So I'm trying to upload my daily doses of recording my life around me, but I'm afraid they are a little boring. Please be patient...I will not forget the song "Lover, Lover, Lover" by Leonard Cohen going through by head over and over as I drew this, (a good thing) and the bit of loneliness I always feel when I spend a Sunday evening in solitude.
For some reason I could only find a 30 sec. clip:

i thought this was an old photograph for a second when it first loaded.
thanks nate. that's what i was supposed to be going for.
Yay! I see Dad's cossack hat!
Laura I don;t much about art but I think that drawing is really good. I think you ought to include the Leonard Cohen song on this blog.
I like the lightswitch the best. Also I like you posting artistic things you've made consistently.
I love it! Keep 'em coming. I love picture blogs. Maybe it's because I'm so visual, but I think they tell a story that is in some ways more interesting that what you find in words. You kind of get to see the world through someone else's eyes. It's like being in their head. Of course this is true when you read the writing of people who think in words but it's cool to find out about what's going on when people think in a visual way. I just wish it were easier to share what it's like to think about the world in a germy way.
Miriam your hilarious! I can't stop giggling. You do a great job sharing your world of germs. Anyone who hasn't, just read Miriam's blog and find out about her world of germs, you'll love it! Just look up Antimicrobrial Resistance there's a link on Laura's blog.
